What is the best way, transport wise, to get to you from the Sao bento station...

To get to the Guest House from São Bento Station you can take the Metro - Line D (yellow), direction Hospital São João and exit at Marquês Metro Station. This station is on the square where we are located.

Hi which floors are the junior suites on and do they have a terrace or balcony? Is there a fridge in the rooms?

Hello, :) The Junior Suites are on our 2nd floors. Some do have a big balcony, with view to the garden, and others have a traditional Porto balcony facing the Square. And yes, all of our rooms have a minifridge included :)

Is there parking in the area?

The Guest House does not have private Parking. However, you will find several places to park your vehicle in the vicinity of our property. Note that not all are open 24H not every day of the week. It is also not allowed to stop the car in front of the pro

Hola! The Guest House doesn't have private parking facilities. Then we recommend the "Parque da Constituição". It is about 3 minutes by foot and 1 minute by car.

Exceptional
Beautiful 19th century building. Spacious room, with great space for a family of 5. We were located at the rear of the property, with steps down to a very relaxing and tranquil garden with a good sized pool. Directly outside the property the Marquez metro station will have you in the City centre (Trindade metro station) within 5 mins, whereby you can access anywhere in Porto on the superb, well priced metro system. Breakfast had a good choice of hot and cold options. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces.. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Great holiday in a lovely place with engaging staff who looked after the 14 of us who stayed there.
Located in a lovely square with a central garden. Supermarket just around the corner. Breakfast is as you'd expect and served between 8.30 and 11.00 and if they see you're not there they'll check if you want some! Scrambled eggs is standard but they'll do fried if you ask. All the staff were fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. They got me a cake for my birthday and set up the garden with balloons. I stayed in room 303 which had a great veranda overlooking the garden and pool. No bar but you can take your own drink to the garden or lounge room. 15 minutes stroll to Bolhao shopping and restaurant area and another 10-15 minutes from there to the river. Uber or Bolt taxis dirt cheap.

Perfect and a great vibe.
the staff was most helpful & lovely. The breakfasts were great. The property had the vintage feel I love and was close to the action but not right in it. We walked everywhere!
just simple things like hooks in the bathroom for towels, an extra trash can, 2 bottles of water instead of one. But this is only advice, it didn't affect the quality of the stay. We stayed in the prez suite; it was awesome!
